Hourly Rate/ Paid Weekly

Starting at £30 for every class you Coach. Rate increases dependant on experience and role.

Guaranteed income, paid weekly (self employed).

Progression Opportunities

There are opportunities for promotion within Singsational Kids. New roles are created and assigned throughout the year.

What are the Responsibilities?

Conduct fun and lively sessions with children, using games, pop music and dance routines (action based dances).
Conduct classes for children aged 4-10 years old, providing clear instruction and guidance.
Training given, follow and deliver the lesson plans that align with the needs and abilities of your class.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages everyone to participate.
Provide constructive feedback, follow the reward system and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
You commit to making each session an inspiring and supportive experience for all children.
You will follow the principles and policies set out in your training to protect the children in your care.

Essential for the Role

A love for working with young children and an enthusiasm for music, particularly singing.
Patience and understanding, nurture of young children's well-being is crucial.
Experience in leading a group of children of varying ages and skill levels, providing clear instruction and guidance.
The ability to teach songs and basic dance moves related to the tracks learned (training will be given).
A valid Enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) is mandatory and will be applied for on on your behalf at no cost to you.
